Apartments must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Apartments are ready for occupation between 3-8 p.m.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Mid-week arrivals and departures upon request.

Cancellation terms: your down-payment will be refunded if you cancel any time up to two weeks before your scheduled arrival. After this cut-off date, no refunds will be made.
