Booking note:

Bookings shall be regarded as bound after receiving of the deposit; The deposit amounts to approximately 30% of the amount of the stay;

Cancellation terms: your down-payment will be refunded if you cancel any time up to three weeks before your scheduled arrival. After this cut-off date, no refunds will be made.

Hotel rooms: Guests who depart earlier than booked, or who arrive late, will be charged a penalty equivalent to no more than 3 days stay, in addition to the charges for the actual period of their stay

Apartments: your down-payment will be refunded if you cancel any time up to four weeks before your scheduled arrival. After this cut-off date, no refunds will be made;

In accordance with Italian law, the maximum allowed amount for payments in cash is 999.00 euros. Any sum above this limit must be settled using a debit or credit card.

A 3% (three per cent) discount will be applied for cash payments within the above-mentioned amount.

The tourism tax amount to 50 eurocents (€0.50) per person per day, to be paid by all tourists from 14 years of age. Payment only in cash.
